Millar Bill Millar, CEO of the American Public Transportation Association for the last 15 years, will be stepping down from his job when his contract ends Oct. 31, he confirmed on Jan. 5. "After 40 years in public transportation my wife and I decided some time ago that when my employment contract with APTA ends on Oct. 31, 2011, it would be the right time to move to the next phase of our lives," Millar told CEO Update in an email.
